Common questions

What's the ongoing cost?

Google Workspace itself is $7/user/month at the Starter tier (which is what most small businesses need). Our $199 is one-time setup; Google's monthly bill goes directly to you.

I already have email on Outlook. Should I switch?

Not necessarily. If your Outlook setup is on a real custom domain through Microsoft 365, you're fine — that's the same thing as Google Workspace, just from Microsoft. We can do this on Microsoft 365 too if you prefer. The point is having a real business email, not which company hosts it.

Can you migrate my existing inbox?

For most small migrations, yes — usually included. For complex setups with multiple users and lots of mail history, we'll quote separately.
