Terms of Service

By engaging Eminence Forge for design, build, hosting, or maintenance services, you agree to these terms.

We charge the setup fee on order. Monthly hosting begins on launch day. You can cancel monthly hosting at any time. We do not refund the setup fee after the 14-day money-back window has closed unless we have failed to ship the agreed work.

You own your site. At any time you may request a clean export of source files and design assets, free of charge.

We will not share customer data with third parties except as needed to operate your site (hosting, payment processing, analytics).

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be emailed to all active customers at least 30 days before taking effect.
