Uptime target: 99.9% per month, measured by our hosting provider.

Response times: edits and tickets are answered within the turnaround window of your tier (Starter 24h, Growth 12h, Signature 4h, business hours).

Critical bugs (site down, payment broken): same-day fix on every tier.

Scheduled maintenance, when needed, runs Sunday 2–4am Eastern and is announced 48 hours in advance.
