Sometimes the right conversation has to happen in person.

One hour at your location with us. We walk your business, look at your space, talk through what the site needs to do, and leave you with a written summary of what to build first. Tri-state area only.

$199
In plain English

There's context you can only get by standing inside someone's business. The way the space smells, what their walk-in traffic looks like, what their staff calls customers, what art is on the walls. For some businesses — restaurants, salons, retail, service businesses with a physical location — that context is the brand. The in-person session is the deliberate hour where we collect it.

Why it matters

Some businesses can't be briefed over Zoom.

A restaurant owner can describe their concept on a call and we'll miss the thing that makes it work — the open kitchen, the regulars at the bar, the smell of the bread. An in-person session catches all of that, and the website ends up reflecting the actual place instead of a generic version of "restaurant." Worth $199 for any business where the physical experience is part of the product.

How it works
01

Schedule

We pick a time that works for your business — usually a slow weekday morning or afternoon, never during a rush.

02

On-site

One hour with you (and anyone else you want in the room — partner, manager). Walk-through, conversation, questions. Casual format; we're trying to understand, not interview.

03

Written summary

Three days later you get a written summary covering what the site should prioritize, what features matter, what to skip, and what the brand voice should sound like.

Common questions

What if I'm outside the tri-state area?

We don't currently travel beyond NJ/NY/CT for this service. The remote version is the discovery call inside a project engagement, which serves the same purpose for most non-physical businesses.

Can this be paired with a Brand Strategy Sprint?

Yes — and the combination is excellent for businesses where physical context matters. The in-person session becomes the discovery for the Sprint.

What if we don't end up doing a website project?

The summary is yours regardless. We've had customers use it to brief other agencies, and that's fine.
