AI that saves you time, not AI for AI's sake.

Add intelligence to your site or back-office where it actually saves you time. We figure out what saves you the most time per dollar before we build, then we build it.

In plain English

AI is the buzzword of the moment and most "AI features" small businesses get sold are useless — chatbots that frustrate customers, content generators that produce slop. The right approach is the opposite: identify the one or two tasks that eat your time every week, then build narrow AI tooling that handles them specifically. The chatbot trained on your services and FAQ. The intake form that categorizes leads automatically. The reply suggestion that drafts your first response to a common email. Built right, this saves real hours every week. Built wrong, it's expensive theater.

Why it matters

The point isn't AI. The point is your time back.

You should evaluate any AI integration with one question: how many hours a week will this save me, and is the cost worth it? Most don't pass that test. The ones that do — your specific use cases, scoped carefully — are some of the best ROI investments a small business can make in 2026. We do the work to figure out which integrations qualify for you before building anything.

What you get
  • 01A discovery session where we identify time sinks in your business and where AI can actually help
  • 02A scoped proposal with specific use cases, costs, and projected time savings
  • 03Implementation of the agreed integrations — chatbot, intake automation, email assistants, etc.
  • 04Connection to your existing tools (your inbox, your CRM, your site's forms)
  • 05A maintenance plan — AI tools drift over time and need occasional retuning
  • 0630 days of post-launch support
How it works
01

Discovery

A working session about your business operations — where time goes, what gets repetitive, what gets missed. We surface candidate integrations and rank them by impact.

02

Scoped proposal

A written proposal naming specific integrations, costs, and the time savings we expect. You pick which to move forward with.

03

Build + integrate

Each agreed integration is built, tested, and connected to your existing tools. Typical engagement is 2–4 weeks depending on scope.

04

Handoff + maintenance

A walkthrough of what was built and how to maintain it. 30 days of post-launch support is included; ongoing maintenance available as needed.

Common questions

What are the most common AI integrations you build?

On-site chatbots trained on the customer's services and FAQ (most common). AI-drafted email replies that the owner reviews before sending. Intake form auto-routing and categorization. Content draft assistants for blog posts and social. These four cover most small business use cases.

Will customers know they're talking to AI?

If the integration is honest about being AI, yes — and that's usually the right move. The chatbot says "I'm the AI assistant" up front, hands off to a human when it can't help, and is transparent about what it doesn't know. Hiding that AI is involved usually erodes trust.

What about my data privacy?

Critical question. We use AI providers with enterprise data privacy guarantees (no training on your customer data), document exactly what data goes to which provider, and configure access controls. For health, legal, or regulated industries we use different patterns; ask us specifically.

Why does this start at $1,500?

Because anything below that price either skips the discovery (and builds the wrong thing) or skips the integration (and gives you something that doesn't connect to your real tools). $1,500 is the floor for an integration that actually moves the needle. Most engagements are larger.
