Ads that pay for themselves. Or we stop running them.
Campaign setup, keyword research, weekly tuning, and a written monthly report. Ad spend is billed directly to your card so you keep control of the money — our fee is a percentage of what you spend.
Google Ads is the fastest marketing channel — type a check-amount, watch leads come in. It's also the easiest channel to waste money on, because Google's defaults are tuned to maximize ad spend, not your ROI. Good ads management isn't magic; it's the discipline of looking at what's converting every week and turning off what isn't. That's what the retainer buys you.
Ads work when somebody actually watches them.
Without management, ad accounts drift. Google adds keywords you didn't ask for, broad matches catch traffic that doesn't convert, and your cost-per-acquisition slowly climbs. With management, the account stays tuned — bad keywords get removed, good ones get more budget, and the report at the end of the month tells you exactly what worked and what didn't. The first month often pays for the retainer in saved waste.

Audit or setup
If you have an existing account, we audit it and surface waste. If you don't, we set up a new account from scratch with proper conversion tracking. Either way, the goal is clean foundations before we spend money.
Strategy + launch
Keyword strategy, ad copy, landing page recommendations. Then we launch — usually one or two focused campaigns, not ten. We'd rather start tight and expand than start broad and bleed.
Weekly tuning + monthly review
Each week we touch the account — adjusting bids, adding negative keywords, rotating ad copy. Each month you get a written report and a strategy call if you want one.
What ad spend do you recommend to start?
For most local small businesses, $500–1,500/month is the right starting range. Below $500 the spend gets too thin to learn from; above $1,500 you should be confident in what's working before scaling. We recommend starting toward the lower end and growing as data justifies.
Why does the spend go on my card, not yours?
Two reasons. First, transparency — you see exactly what you're spending in real time. Second, it removes a markup risk that's endemic in this industry; agencies that take spend on their card sometimes mark it up invisibly. Ours is a straight 15% of what you spend, billed separately.
How fast will I see results?
Faster than SEO — typically 30–60 days to know if the campaign is working, and continuous improvement from there. If we can't make it work within 90 days, we'll tell you directly.
15% of spend · $300/mo minimum. Begin a project below, or book a discovery call if you want to talk through whether this is the right fit.
