A site that stays alive.
Upgrade any tier's ongoing partnership to Reserve-level service. Priority response, monthly performance review, and a quarterly creative refresh — one photo updated, one section rewritten, on us.
Most small business websites get launched, then go untouched for years. The hero photo stays the same, the copy never changes, the seasonal menu lingers six months past the season. The Reserve upgrade fixes this — every quarter we reach out and refresh one piece of the site for you, free, on top of the standard partnership. Plus you get priority on edit requests and a monthly performance review with actual recommendations.
A site that changes feels alive. A site that doesn't feels stuck.
Customers can tell the difference between a business whose website was clearly built two years ago and one whose website was clearly touched last month. The difference is engagement signals: recent posts, current photos, copy that references the current season. Reserve gives you a creative refresh every quarter automatically, plus the priority response that makes the site feel responsive instead of static.
- 01Priority response on all edit requests (4-hour turnaround vs. 12 or 24)
- 02Monthly performance review — traffic, conversion, and recommendations in writing
- 03Quarterly creative refresh — we update one photo, rewrite one section, or refresh the hero (your pick) on us
- 04First access to new features as we roll them out across the platform
- 05Direct line to your project lead (Slack or email)
Activation
Reserve upgrade kicks in the month after you opt in. Your tier's base monthly stays the same; the +$200 lands as a separate line.
Monthly cadence
Each month: a written performance review with recommendations. Each quarter: an outreach from us with the creative refresh menu — pick one, we ship.
Always-on priority
Edit requests skip the queue and run on the faster turnaround. No process changes needed on your side.
Can I add Reserve to an existing partnership?
Yes — at any time. It activates the following month and can be removed any month with no penalty.
What counts as a "creative refresh"?
One scoped change per quarter: updated hero photo, rewritten hero section, new about-page intro, new seasonal banner, refreshed services list. Anything bigger than that scopes as a normal change request.
Is this worth it for a static business?
If your business doesn't change much season-to-season, probably not. Reserve fits businesses with seasonal menus, quarterly campaigns, or ongoing reasons to keep the site feeling current. Bookstores with rotating events: yes. A static service business: probably not.
+$200/mo on top of your tier's base monthly. Begin a project below, or book a discovery call if you want to talk through whether this is the right fit.
